# Sizing charts

These charts should serve as a *general* guideline when helping a customer find an appropriate sized bike. Keep in mind, other factors such as inseam and arm length can play a part in ride quality and comfort.

Frame sizes are measured by the length of the seat tube, from the **centre of the bottom bracket** to the top of the **seatpost**.

Generally speaking,

- Road bikes are measured in **centimetres**.
- Mountain, commuter, and hybrid bikes are measured in **inches**.
