Who can become a member?
Membership is open to anyone! U of C students, faculty, alumni, support staff, and all members of the Calgary community.
How can I sign up to be a member?
Visit Bike Root any time the shop is open, and our friendly volunteers will help you sign up for membership.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $10 (cash or card) a year and gets you access to the shop, tools, supplies and our staff of experienced volunteers. UCalgary students can claim a free membership with your Unicard by visiting in-person or by scanning the QR code on our posters around campus.
